Terms of Service

Effective date: June 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Venus Infinity Partners LLC, which operates NursePro ("NursePro", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the NursePro NCLEX-RN® exam-preparation website and services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for individuals preparing for the NCLEX-RN® examination.

2. The Service

NursePro provides exam-preparation tools, which may include a question bank, practice tests, performance analytics, readiness estimates, a study tutor, and study planning. The Service is provided for educational purposes only and may change over time as we add, modify, or remove features.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at nursepro.ca@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by more than one person.

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and through the Service, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

4. Free trial

We may offer a free trial, such as a limited number of questions for a limited period. Trial limits are enforced and may change. The trial is provided for evaluation and is subject to these Terms.

5. Plans, billing, and renewals

Paid plans grant access for the period stated at checkout. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you buy and may change on a going-forward basis. Access to digital content begins immediately after your purchase is confirmed.

If a plan is offered on a recurring (auto-renewing) basis, we will clearly disclose this before purchase, and it will renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal through your account settings or by contacting us at nursepro.ca@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not, by itself, refund the current period, except as required by law, our refund policy, or the Pass Guarantee Terms. Applicable taxes may be added.

6. Refunds and the Pass Guarantee

Because access to our digital content begins immediately after purchase, and except as stated in these Terms, our posted refund policy, or the NursePro Pass Guarantee terms below, payments are non-refundable.

The NursePro Pass Guarantee, where offered with an eligible plan, is a conditional money-back offer governed by the Pass Guarantee terms in this document. To qualify for a refund under the guarantee, you must meet all of its stated conditions. The Pass Guarantee is a conditional refund offer; it is not a prediction or a guarantee of your examination result.

7. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for your own exam preparation. This license ends when your access period ends or your account is terminated.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and all of its content, including questions, rationales, explanations, images, software, text, graphics, and the NursePro name and logo, are owned by NursePro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license above, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, scrape, data-mine, harvest, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or its content, except as expressly permitted in writing.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, or provide access to your account to anyone else;
  • access the Service through automated means, or scrape, crawl, or bulk-download its content;
  • copy, reproduce, or distribute the question bank or other content;
  • circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security features;
  • upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading content;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or
  • use the Service to violate any law or any examination or testing rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as your notes and any CPR you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the Service, including processing through the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

If you choose to send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without any obligation or compensation to you.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including for payments, hosting, email, and automated model processing. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their acts or omissions.

12. Educational use; no professional advice

The Service is an educational study tool. It does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment, your nursing program, or any licensing body. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any examination or licensing authority. Readiness scores and pass predictions are estimates based on your activity within NursePro; they are not a guarantee of how you will perform on the NCLEX-RN® examination, which depends on many factors outside our control.

13. Trademarks

NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN®). NursePro is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NCSBN. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them is for identification only.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, current, or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NursePro and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one year after it arose; otherwise, it is permanently barred, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NursePro and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or for legitimate business, legal, or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and governing-law provisions, will survive.

18. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice, for example by posting an updated version with a new effective date or by emailing you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State in which NursePro operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement below, the state and federal courts located in the United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.

20. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and NursePro are resolved and limits how you can seek relief.

Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration or court case, you agree to contact us at nursepro.ca@gmail.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days.

Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and NursePro agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except as stated below. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury and is more limited than court proceedings.

Class-action waiver. You and NursePro agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may ask a court for an injunction or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration and class-action-waiver agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing nursepro.ca@gmail.com with your name and a statement that you opt out. If you opt out, the court provisions in the Governing law section apply to your disputes instead.

If any part of this section is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court, but the rest of this section still applies. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

21. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Pass Guarantee terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including service outages, network, hosting, or other third-party-provider failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NursePro ("NursePro", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our NCLEX-RN® exam-preparation website and related services (the "Service").

NursePro is an online exam-preparation service operated by Venus Infinity Partners LLC, based in the United States and available to customers worldwide. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

NursePro provides exam-preparation tools for the NCLEX-RN® examination. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, we are the party responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.

For any privacy question, or to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at nursepro.ca@gmail.com.

2. The information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Account information: your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see or store your plain-text password.
Payment information: when you buy a plan, our payment processor collects your payment-card details directly. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as the last four digits, card brand, and billing country.
Study and performance data: your practice sessions, answers, scores, time spent, readiness estimates, mastery tags, notes, study plans, and similar activity within the Service.
Candidate Performance Report (CPR) data: if you choose to upload your official NCLEX-RN® Candidate Performance Report, we collect its contents, including your content-area and clinical-judgment performance ratings and your exam date. This is sensitive information that we process only to personalize your study experience, and only with your consent (see Sections 4 and 5).
Communications: messages you send us, support requests, and your email preferences.
Technical and usage data: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, and similar information collected automatically (see Section 9).

3. How we collect information

  • Directly from you, when you create an account, upload a CPR, make a purchase, or contact us.
  • Automatically, through cookies, analytics, and server logs as you use the Service.
  • From third parties, for example if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create your account.

4. Why we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including your account and study tools;
  • process payments, manage subscriptions, and administer the NursePro Pass Guarantee;
  • personalize your experience, including weak-area drilling, readiness estimates, and study plans;
  • communicate with you about the Service, and, where you have consented, send study reminders and marketing;
  • improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you; your consent (for example, for processing your CPR and for marketing emails); our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing the Service; and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 11).

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us at nursepro.ca@gmail.com. We will still send you necessary service messages, such as messages about your account, purchases, or security.

We may also create and use aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you, for purposes such as analytics and improving the Service.

5. Automated processing and third-party model providers

Some features use automated processing and third-party services to deliver results:

  • the study tutor and study-plan features send the relevant question, prompt, or context to third-party model providers (Google and Anthropic) to generate a response;
  • if you upload a CPR, its contents are sent to a third-party model provider to extract your performance ratings; and
  • readiness and weakness estimates are generated automatically from your activity within the Service.

These outputs are educational study aids. They are estimates, not decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and they are not a guarantee of your examination result. Where these providers offer the option, we use settings intended to prevent your information from being used to train their general-purpose models.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

Service providers (sub-processors): we use trusted providers that process information on our behalf under contracts requiring them to protect it, including: hosting, database, authentication, and file storage (Supabase, hosted in the United States); payment processing (Stripe); model providers for the tutor, study-plan, and CPR features (Google and Anthropic); email delivery; and analytics.
Legal and safety: we may disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NursePro, our users, or others.
Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

7. International users and data transfers

We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers process your information primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have data-protection laws different from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information afterward where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and administering or defending Pass Guarantee claims. You can ask us to delete your account at nursepro.ca@gmail.com; some information may persist in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies.

10. How we protect your information

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security that limits each account to its own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email nursepro.ca@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

United States: residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of its 'sale' or 'sharing'. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EU/UK (GDPR), where applicable: you have the rights described above, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Canada (PIPEDA), where applicable: you may access and request correction of your personal information, and you may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

12. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults preparing for nursing licensure and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Service or provide us with personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at nursepro.ca@gmail.com.

13. Third-party links

The Service may contain links to websites or services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, which are governed by their own policies.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.

15. Contact us

If you have questions about this Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at nursepro.ca@gmail.com.

Pass Guarantee

Effective date: June 23, 2026

Pass the NCLEX-RN®, guaranteed, or your money back. Hit your Pass Targets before exam day, and if you still do not pass, we refund your eligible plan in full.

Short version: get an eligible plan of 90 days or longer (the 90-day, 180-day, or 360-day plan) at least 60 days before your exam, clear all of your Pass Targets, sit the exam on time, and if you do not pass, send us your result and Candidate Performance Report within 30 days for a full refund. The sections below are exactly what we check, so please read them before you rely on the guarantee.

1. Who's covered

  • The Pass Guarantee comes with the 90-Day Pass, the 180-Day Pass, and the 360-Day Pass (any plan of 90 days or longer). It is not included with the Trial, the 30-Day Pass, or standalone assessment packs.
  • Buy an eligible plan at least 60 days before your scheduled NCLEX-RN® exam, and save that exam date in your NursePro account when you buy.
  • The guarantee covers the account holder's first eligible plan only. One claim per person, for life.

2. Your Pass Targets (hit all of them before exam day)

  • Finish 100% of the NursePro question bank at least once during your access window.
  • Keep your overall QBank Score at 75% or higher across every question you answer.
  • Take all 10 readiness assessments and score 75% or higher on at least 8 of them.
  • Complete at least 90% of your daily study-plan checklist.
  • Study on at least 25 separate days during your access window.

3. Taking your NCLEX-RN® exam

  • Sit your official NCLEX-RN® exam while your plan is active, and no later than 14 days after your access window ends.
  • Keep the exam date you saved. Moving it by more than 7 days after purchase voids the guarantee.

4. If you don't pass: how to claim

  • Email us at nursepro.ca@gmail.com within 30 days of the date on your official NCSBN result. Requests sent after 30 days cannot be accepted.
  • Send your official NCSBN result showing a fail, and your full NCLEX-RN® Candidate Performance Report (CPR).
  • Include proof you completed an accredited United States or Canadian nursing program, and the email on your NursePro account.
  • We check every Pass Target against your account activity. If any target was not fully met, the claim cannot be approved.

5. Your refund

  • An approved refund returns what you paid for the eligible access pass. Standalone assessment packs, taxes, and payment-processing fees are not refundable.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 30 business days.
  • We may update these terms; the version in effect on your purchase date governs your claim.

6. Important note

The NursePro Pass Guarantee is a conditional refund offer, not a prediction of your result. Results are not guaranteed and individual results may vary.
